If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Customer data and ownership
As between you and Solden, you retain all rights to the data and content you connect to or create within the Services ("Customer Data"). Solden maintains the operational record on your behalf; the underlying workflow data belongs to you.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Services to you, including processing Customer Data to maintain the operational record. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by Solden, are owned by Solden and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as needed to use the Services.
Fees
Paid features are subject to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase or in a separate order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solden disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solden will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, you may export your Customer Data as described in the Services, consistent with our principle that the substrate is removable and your data stays whole.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
